A Short Story
Criminal law has always been a passion of mine, but as my law school journey progressed, I quickly realized I had an interest in housing law. As a product of growing up in an economically challenged environment, I witnessed first-hand the consequences and injustices those in need face due to their inability to access legal representation. My number one goal as an attorney is to level the playing field for this population and my landlord-tenant practice allows me to do just that. Going through the eviction process can be an extremely stressful and traumatizing experience no matter which side of it you are on. Facing a criminal charge can be a life changing experience with dire consequences. While I cannot guarantee a victory in every legal matter, I can personally promise I will out work the other side. I have successfully tried numerous cases in both the district and housing courts through my zealous representation.
I have had tremendous success in my housing law practice. I have represented many clients in housing court mediations with favorable outcomes. I have persuaded landlords to drop evictions and waive rent. I have persuaded prosecutors to dismiss charges, convinced judges to reduce sentences, and argued many successful pretrial motions. I am client oriented and results driven, and most importantly, I hate to lose.
If you are facing an eviction, whether you are a tenant or a landlord, you need an experienced attorney who knows the law and will fight for your rights. If you are arrested or facing a criminal charge, you need someone who can advise you of all the rights, defenses, and options available. I am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No call will go unreturned.
