Disturbing the Peace G.L. c. 272 § 53
Undefined by section 53, the elements of disturbing the peace are found in Commonwealth v. Orlando, 371 Mass. 732 (1977):
The defendant engaged in conduct “which tends to annoy all good citizens;” and
Did in fact, annoy anyone present.
Penalty
1st offense: fine of not more than $150.00;
2nd or subsequent offense: Not more than six months committed to House of Correction and/or fine not more than $200.00.
